The RATR Spotlight on: Jackson County, Kentucky

The fourth installment of ShadowHornet's The Rural American Technology Revolution details how a one stoplight town in Kentucky worked with private businesses and Federal and State governments to deploy the fastest broadband in the United States. What followed was the recruitment and expansion of technology support businesses that started positively impacting the community's economy. With the start that broadband provided, a local group is now marshalling resources to develop blockchain-based applications all in the heart of the Bluegrass state.
